Why I Started OpenGround
I founded OpenGround because I believed the real estate industry needed a different kind of community, one built on access, trust, education, and real relationships.
After experiencing too many transactional rooms and gatekept conversations, I wanted to create a space where people could come together with purpose. A space where developers, builders, architects, engineers, lenders, brokers, agents, title professionals, and emerging leaders could connect, learn, share knowledge, and grow without barriers.
OpenGround was built to put faith, people, and education first. What started as a vision to bring the real estate community together has grown into a movement rooted in five core values: Faith, Consistency, Community, Education, and Transparency.
