Any woman working in or around the land development process—whether in acquisitions, engineering, planning, development, infrastructure, construction, legal, or related industries—is welcome. If your role touches the development of land, you belong here.
Business Members do not automatically receive in-person access. Attendance is reserved for sponsors and female members. However, Business Members can gain visibility through our directory and participate in virtual events.
No, membership is not required to host—but we strongly prefer to partner with companies who actively support the mission of advancing female education in land development.
Not automatically. We curate speakers based on topic relevance, expertise, and alignment with our mission. That said, members are always considered first when opportunities arise and are encouraged to express interest to their Chapter Leader.
